Pat Bryson has worked in the radio industry for over 25 years. During that time, she was one of the highest billing sales people in the radio industry in her market. She was promoted to General Sales Manager, managing and training both experienced and inexperienced sales people. Her career advanced to General Manager, where Pat created a culture of over- achievement for her stations.
Pat was the recipient of two prestigious educational fellowships from the Education Foundation of the National Association of Broadcasters: a fellowship to the Executive Development Program, held at Georgetown University in 2004 and a fellowship to the Broadcast Leadership Training Program in 2005.
Since founding BBI, Pat has worked with broadcasters around the world and has been a featured speaker at Radiodays Sweden, Radiodays Copenhagen, Gospel Music Association of Canada, the consultant’s corner at the NAB, RadioDays Europe in Dublin, Ireland, Australian National Radio convention in Brisbane, Australia, Radio Conference Poland, Krakfilm Festival, the Spring Radio meeting of EGTA in Zurich, and was a featured speaker for the Broadcast Education Association during the NAB Convention in Las Vegas. She has also worked for the Montana Broadcasters Association, New Mexico Broadcasters Association, Kentucky Broadcasters Association, Washington State Association of Broadcasters, the Puget Sound Radio Broadcasters Association, Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters, Gospel Music Association of Canada, Virginia Association of Broadcasters, the Arkansas Broadcasters Association, the Alaska Broadcasters Association, and the Ohio Association of Broadcasters.
